PiYo is COMING!

The world of health and fitness is one of the most well-studied ones in our world. Scientists and researchers are always looking for the best way to help people lose weight, get healthy, and become more physically fit. And when those newly discovered sciences are also easy to do and results-producing, they become desirable by the masses. We all want them! We want to get in shape, look and feel good, and not spend much time doing it. Some of these new studies promise lots of results for very little work. Those are kind of like the crash-diets of the fitness world. I always say, cheap & fast never lasts! Then there are programs like PiYo.



PiYo has been around for some time now, but now, for the first time, Chalene Johnson and Beachbody have teamed up to bring this amazing workout program into the home!!! I am so excited to share with you what this program is all about!!

The home workout program is made up of 8 individual workouts each ranging in length from 25-45 minutes. PiYo uses just your body weight - no equipment is required. This minimizes the joint strain that can come from jumping and high-impact workouts. It is low-impact yet maintains high-intensity with movements inspired by Pilates and Yoga. This program works ever muscle in the body through stabilization, strengthening, and stretching. It has left all test group participants with leaner muscles, a firmer booty, and flatter abs! And if you know anything about Chalene, she wouldn't put together a workout without speeding it up a bit for a fabulous calorie burn!



I am personally thrilled that this program is coming out this month. I will be just finishing up my 5th month of pregnancy and I will be purchasing and USING this program for as long as my body allows during the rest of this journey! I will likely have to modify some moves, but modification is encouraged and is the perfect solution to those who, like me, will be unable to do every single move!

I will be starting an exclusive test group shortly after the launch of PiYo that I am so excited for. We are going to work through the program together to build our knowledge, build our strength, and burn our extra summer calories over 60 days! The program launches June 23rd and I am going to take on 15-20 participants for this exclusive group!
